How to get into the Hidden Keep?

New player here. I'm trying to work out how to get into the Hidden Keep in the forest? Would anyone be able to give me a clue?

Also, another question. I only have five lives left. Is there anyway to get more back?

If I remember right sw? corner is a hidden exit need to search.

For lives, you can buy more the plus menu for MajorMud. Before entering the game do "*" instead of "e" to access it.
