Max Numbers (Rooms, Maps, Items, etc)

What is the max numbers that you can use for Rooms, Shops, Maps (17 I assume), items etc? Tried making a new test area on map 20, and I get the message about you must purchase the appropriate addon etc. I added codes up to mod 20 in sysop area, still did not help on that issue.

Though it was 18 with crack for some reason

I was under the impression 1-18 also. Yeah you stuck with those map numbers. And the mods jump around in map numbers, so map numbers and mods don't go side by side.

Yeah unless I used the wrong crack, I did try an 18 and gave that error message about needing to purchase the addon.

Could you use, say starting on for example, Map 1, room 100,000 - 250,000, shops at 1000, monsters 10000 etc Would that cause any issues?

Probably OK as I believe room numbers are 4-byte integers. One problem though is this: viewtopic.php?f=44&t=2066&hilit=Buffer+rooms
