Description--
I unchanged a lot of the (changes) that i feel jaded a lot of good mud items and ideas. I i also added a new item from the gibbering mage and introduced a new version of the ethereal chakram to the game, Enjoy. All changes are split up to be individually installed, so they wont change any other values.

Added Many Lair rooms to lost city, the southern most area starts with amazons
moves to amazons and warriors, guards are in the barracks, and shaman are near the top of the map
by the elder's quarters etc.
swamp boots are not level restricted "Again" If you want to try to make it to the troll at
a level < 30 you are able to.
The spell "cloud of poison #377 is now a POISON spell again"
added lair rooms to filthy encampment (map 3 544-558, ogre mages are only present in bonfire room)
New item 2049 "band of the ogre magi" dropped by ogre mages (mon #297 1%)

1191 stone javelin back to 1400 speed, also hit magic 4 so witchies can use again
