Error trying to access the Textblock Editor utility for WG

When I try to launch the utility, I get this message, obviously related to FW Trivia:

Too many language-versions of the option GTCENTRS for the FW_FTRIV.msg file

I opened the file in Notepad++ and searched for GTCENTRS-- there is only one entry for this and it looks semi-normal. Anyone seen this before? I know with a fresh install it was not doing this. I just wanted to modify the login textblocks some.
