Bad news, nothing has worked.
Good news, I see whats going on.
For some reason, when DS Control is active on the board, it removes all keyring keys from all classes other than Sysop. You can essentially circumvent this by removing key needs for the 3 options in accounting that really matter. Those are Key to Play, Key to Save, Key to go beyond 2 lvl trial. Once no longer relevent, you can use DS Control as needed without effecting entry to MUD.
Problem here is that you cant use the WCCMMUD.ini to grant sys goto/sys map due to no recognition of the keys associated in the file.
Only real fix here seems to be upgrade to DS Control 5.62. Without a floating keygen and not really wanting to pay, Im kinda screwed. If anyone has the means to help (wink wink), send me a PM.

You have to set the same key in both accounts that you did in control, this way control can see they key and say, that is where it goes. You also have to set every single key in control, including sysop key/ I have been using Control with Bouncer for 10 years now.
####note every key you make for the board, you also have to make same in control and have control recognize that is they key###

So I've been reading a lot of posting about control and problems people have... they always talk about locks and keys... for what purpose are people using control? I mean worldgroup already has a good lock/key system thats easy to configure so I was wondering if people are using it for some other reason I might not be aware of? (I've never really looked into the software other than what people have posted, so wondering what other features it has people want to install it for)

Iirc, it allows you to restrict people to 1 IP.

check out "duplicate ip control" from elwynor...
it will let you set the limit based on ip address to whatever number you want... and will disconnect, warn, suspend, or whatever you decide to the accounts that violate the policy... and its only $25 so a modern module at a reasonable price! (mostly you just install it and set a number, versus all these other issues people seem to be having with control for just that). I've been using it, works great.

I have a fresh WG3.3 installation and a fresh Dialsoft Control 5.62 installation. But upon launching I get a dialcntrl.dll error, saying it cant access the memory resource. Any ideas?
