ganghouse poofing continuously

I could have sworn I posted this somewhere but couldn't find it. Anyways I have been having an issue with purchasing a ganghouse, and said ganghouse would poof upon cleanup almost every single time. First started with Amethyst several times, gave up until later black became available, and then purchased that multiple times. I think the 3rd time I equipped the emblem and it lasted at least 1 cleanup. The following day I re-equipped orc warlord head and that cleanup the ganghouse poofed again.

I then tried again and no matter what I did even equipping emblem, it didn't work. I invited members, gave them emblems, used keys, put junk in shops/rooms. I tried selling the deed back and buying it the following day. I even tried equipping someone elses emblem as I heard that someone else had this issue due to previously possessing/equipping another emblem. I even tried equipping the original emblem I had messed with when I was first starting the character months ago as maybe that would reset it.

There is no option for sysop intervention to see the audit logs. So if there isn't anything I can do as a user I am stuck.

It's been a minute since I ran a BBS or played, but If I recall correctly, the most likely reason for your issue is insufficient funds to pay the daily tax on your ganghouse. This daily tax is taken at cleanup and if you don't have the funds to pay it, your house is repossessed. The funds are taken from the Silvermere bank so you need to keep a balance in that specific bank to pay the tax.

I think he plays on my board and I fixed it by shutting down the house via the offline utility.

seen this issue thing is to have sysop check by doing a sys lis lim see if gh deed shows up as being held by an old player that is not playing anymore. also there are some thingsoptions in the offline util for gh related. if deed does showing being held by someone sysop needs to delete that user from game.
