Lighting Pitch Black Rooms
I have found some pitch black rooms in the Labyrinth and White corridors. Are there any ways to light these rooms?

Every room in the game has a variable denoting its default "light" level. IIRC, If this value is below zero, enough total illumination (from a light source item, spell effect, gear that has a +illu or +RoomIllu ability, Infravison, etc., each of which has it's own unique numerical value that gets pooled together per character) to bring this number to 0 or higher is needed to be able to see.
For areas you're asking about specifically, assuming you mean the dark area near the Mino-Champ in the labyrinth, those rooms are set to -999 light by default. The dark rooms in the White Corridor areas (i.e. near the Lady of the Dark) are -500 light by default, with the Lady's room itself being -999... not that it really matters anyway since she has a "globe of darkness" room spell which is gives -9,999 light to everyone in the room.
