Sysop Quest Token
What is a "sysop quest token"? I noticed this recently in the Goblin Caves. I can't pick it up and looking at it returns a noting.

This has no use currently in the game. I'm not sure whats it for. I have seen it a few times in the dat, but never seen anything call to it.

it is or can be used in or for a quest is given for part of quest then taken to finish quest
