I have enough money and more than enough hides but he replying that I'm wasting his time....

anyone know how to overcome this bug?

What are you asking him?
If your short on hides this is what he says:
The aged titan shakes his head, "Ye be a few hides short."
If your short on cash this is what he says:
The aged titan shakes his head, "Ye be a few coins short."

This is stock so mudrev might have change something, if you run mudrev.

these are the white dragon hides for white dragon hide gear for martok in khazarad. he keep telling me to stop wasting his time and to come back when i have enough. It says i need say 35 for the leggings and I have 40. he still won't do it, im carrying 2 runic, he wants 75 plat or something ,

It's aged titan that does white dragon. Martok does black dragon gear.
