New board.

Just started up a new board will be doing lots of work on it over the coming weeks just looking for some people to give it a breath of life. Highest character atm only has 200k exp.

Dupes: 3 connections per IP.
Vanilla Mud besides a store in town with Quest weapons and Rings.
Upcoming new mod currently being worked on with areas for all level ranges and new items/mobs/quests. Will be completed by April '15.
Website is on its way also, ETA 2 weeks.

im getting Telnet server: Non-SGA client tried to connect, does not support SGA.. does anyone know what that means?

i get that alot think it just dns server checking ip not sure never as done anyting else but ping from what i see

It's a telnet protocol, Suppress Go Ahead. Most clients support, while some didn't. If you see that message it mean's some one with a telnet program that supports this option has connected. And WG doesn't support it so it just a warning. Doesn't mean they can't connect, they can still connect. But have to use the Go Ahead packets that is all.

Short of it, someone connected to your server not using MegaMud.

ah ok someone has said that it may just be bots probing for open ports on the net and not legitimate users trying to connect..
