Is there a way to restrict the commands in CODEC_OF_TWINKS=78 individually?

as far as i know only sysop can use it

Yep, only a true sysop can use it. I have several characters and only the full fledged sysop can use most the features. I think it's tide to the master key. Like I said think. Haven't tested too well since I don't use most those commands.

I posted a new thread about this earlier. But appears I was able to give it to secondary accounts (as long as they were sysop) by adding the SUPER key (I think that is the one that did it)

Super and master are what makes the account a full sysop account.
