So the PC I was running the board on crashed, will not proceed past bios screen and load windows. It won't even let me in the bios. Going to try and see if I can find a fix. Will keep forum posted.

So I took the hard drives out of the computer, will be giving them to a shop to get the data out. In the process of purchasing a new computer.
Might be a bit before the BBS is back up and running.

Just purchased a new computer (well old computer with windows 7 pro so I can run virtual XP). I took the hard drive out of the old computer. It has a SATS 2 hard drive so hopefully I can find a shop to extract the data.
If not, I have a full backup of the hard drive that is 2 months old.
Sorry for the frustration.
These things happen with old hardware.

Update.
Computer expected to arrive April 27th, I expect it up and running by the next day (April 28th).

So update, looks like a hard drive error.
Cannot get data out.
So board will be up within a week; but reset to 1/30/2021.

Grimoire is back up, however website is down and has been reset to the end of January.
