Problems at cleanup

Ok so I have been having an issue lately most of the time where after cleanup users all log on using POP3, FTP, SMTP, WW web..... How can I fix it?

disable all those modules pop3 and ftp and relogin others are not needed shutdown bbs run the offline utility then hit the disable or enable selected modules use arrow keys hit enter on modules you want to disable

I'm not sure what all I should be disabling.. looks like a lot of stuff on this list.

I removed the ones I mentioned above. We'll see how that goes. Thanks!
