I downloaded everything, unzipped to C, when I try to run W32MKDE.exe I get a message saying it is already loaded.

First there is an installer for nightmare so not sure what your doing there. And second better to put it in it's own directory.

Just looked your trying to build it. Just down load the zip with the setup exe.
