mystics form of

i have looked everywhere but cant seem to find how to get the level 40+ form of dragon viper ect ect any ideas thanks much
I've never played a mystic before, but I've seen the totems drop. I know the monkey totem drops from the Monkey Spirit in the earthen catacombs between the jungle and Lost City. The viper totem drops from the Mamba in the jungle, I've seen the crane spirit before, i'm thinking he was in the catacombs as well, but not absolute on that. And I'm thinking the main black dragon boss (Massive Black Dragon??) in the misty swamp drops the dragon totem. Again, not absolutely sure on that one.
Kuel can also be found in the earthen catacombs, once you have the totems.
