I scripted up a mystic to level 40, got the crane totem, took it to Kuel, he said "You aren't ready to learn that fighting form, young one." Then just scripted to 50, got the viper totem, same thing. I greeted him, asked him about forms, then "give viper/crane to kuel" and I get the same message.

Weird thing is, same board, I have a different mystic who got the totems and got the forms from kuel no problem at all. This is a stock board, the only editing I've done is resetting monsters to drop their items. Any ideas?

oh, for fuck's sake, I'm stupid. I never saw that bit at the end of the mystic description that says they get kai powers but no forms. Oh well, seems like that makes half-ogre a pretty shitty choice for a mystic. Thanks.

But I can only image the damage you do. I have a dwarf mystic and with his str it's a damage dealer. The forms aren't all that great.

who is kuel and where do i get these totems im an elf but never played a mystic so lil ignorant on this part

Gorilla totem=Gorill's in jungle
Crane totem=Crane spirit in jungle
Dragon totem=Huge black dragon
Monkey totem=Monkey spirit in jungle
Viper totem=Mamba in jungle

As far as Kuel is up by the mudpits, towards the left side of the earthen catacombs
