I have run cleanup, I have run a recovery using the util, and nothing seems to want to make a flippin monster or NPC regen... unhappy to the max. Thanks for any help.

try and do a reinstall don't enter game do a offline recovery

Turns out I had a bad copy of 1.11o. I found a new 1.11p copy, and did a clean install. Like magic everything worked. Thanks!
