WG Credits and lives

So we have a discussion going on the Grimoire's forums,http://www.grimoirebbs.com/forum/read.php?4,154 regarding purcahsing lives.
The suggestion was made to give x credits per week, so to control how many lives one can purchase.
I'm not an expert on adding credits to account, but is there a way to set up an account to get x credits per week to a certain cap? That way to pay X credits plus a certain amount of cash for a life.
