Have any sysops done a PVP weekend before?

Essentially, I was thinking just copying the entire directory, running the board, then deleting it.

Any thoughts?

Some sysops also like to make all items loyal during these windows so that people aren't too scared to fight.

As someone who enjoys killing people and burning their stuff in the incinerator, I hated the idea at first, but I came to appreciate it as people did something other than cower in the bank all day.
