Abilities

So I was wondering if anyone had a list of the abilities, so I can know which ones I can mess with.
On a related note, I had a question about something I remembered: IIRC, you can set an ability to -1 and it will reset to 0 on cleanup. Can anyone confirm that? Thanks!

Not sure what you are referring to exactly, but in NMR you can go into the ability editor to see a list.

Thanks Syntax, I had glanced at them in Nightmare but don't recall if it was something I could view a list of, or if I had to cycle them one at a time. My secondary computer has it's keyboard/mouse pilfered for my RaspberryPi currently, so haven't fired it up to check on it.
Specifically, I'm looking for any ability numbers that aren't combat/player stats related. For example, IIRC alignment quests use the values in an ability to track progress. So if want to play with the BlankRealm mod, that is now an ability number I can use in custom quests.
I might be over thinking this... are abilities a hard coded limit? If I can I'll just add more, but for some reason I don't think that's possible.
In regards to the second part, I remember back on MMB there was a discussion involving making "daily" quests. If you set an ability to a negative value, it will reset back to zero at cleanup. So I could theoretically make a daily quest chain where if ability value = 0, you can start a quest to kill the banshee, and set value to one; kill mino chief, set value to two; kill mino champ, set value to three; return to starting NPC for reward, and set ability value to -1. At cleanup, it would be reset to zero and you could complete it again.

What about unknown abilities? have any uses been discovered for the handful of abilities that are "Unknown"
Just out of curiosity...
