Desktop and based on Access DB is ideal for me

My !home bot connects to the database in order to look up the room numbers for monsters with timed regen, without the need to hard-code any monster names.

A rewrite of the database file itself would be nice, the way the abilities are laid out makes it a bastard to query for individual stats.
