There are two options to train past level 65...
- The toll / easy route can train levels 66 through 99 (and it's the only option for training levels 76+)
- It will cost you somewhere between 40 and 55 runic *every time you visit the trainer* (+actual training cost)
- Once you go this route, you will never be able to train via the other route unless your sysop edits ability 152 off of you. You can still help other players up through "Part 3 - Heaven and Hell".
- The free / hard route can be used to train levels 66 through 75
- There are no tolls going this path
- It is quite hard in stock realms, requiring a hefty party through the first part of it. You will likely need a group of similar classes through the class-type specific sub-areas in the mid section, and then regroup for the end.
- Once you are level 67 and DO NOT have ability 152-1, you can go to the room down from "Scorching Desert, Ancient Jail" (Map 12 Room 221 down to Map 12 Room 2368) where you will be teleported straight to the Platform of the Stars for training.
- In other words, if you have training for levels 66 and 67 when you go through this, you only have to go through it once.
Requires: You will need 20 runic (+/-charm) to buy a key + 32-36 runic in tolls + training fees, waterskins and rope and grapple (for the desert)

Requires: at least level 50 to do any of it, illumination to beat -300 (moon-lamp works well), training fees, waterskins and rope and grapple (for the desert)
Part 1 - The Beginning
- Scorching Desert > "Scorching Desert, Ancient Jail" in MegaMUD - Map 12 Room 221 (Obvious exits: south, down)
- Go down, north, east (requires level 50), east
- Go south
- Starting from this room, these monsters can spawn: angelic hunter<1012>, ancient sand dragon<1034>, fallen angel<1035>, aged earth dragon<1036>, or dao lord<1037>.
- You need to kill the angelic hunter<1012> to get the ancient key to proceed to the next section.
- You may want to just sit in this room and wait for them all to spawn. They all have a 1 hour regen so won't spawn a second time (for a bit).
- Go south
- Go south again > You will face Nahr<1004> here.
- Rest here as the spell that can spawn the random bosses does not cast here.
- @party east (each party member must go): You will fall into a pit and face one of the four random bosses noted above, if you haven't killed all of them already.
- Some party members may get ported out before anything spawns, leaving some in the pit and some out. For those that got out, go back west to fall back in the pit.
- This pit has hidden exits N, S, E, and W that will take you back to jail cells near the beginning. You can use this to get back out to the start.
- Sit in the pit with no monsters and you will be teleported to 17/2859, which is the room east from the Nahr you just fought.
- If you go back west from the room you are teleported to, you will fall back into the pit, which will just teleport you right back to where you are unless you exit to the jail cells before being teleported out.
- Go NE, NE, N
- Use the ancient key from the angelic hunter to go west and to the Hedge Maze, Map 17 Room 2868. If you didn't get find it/kill it, you gotta find it/kill it.
Part 2 - The Hedge Maze
This section is trapped all over, dealing 400 damage in most cases. This section replaces the random monsters that can spawn with great green dragon<1038>, giant roc<1039, Darken Beast Lord<1040> and Lord of the Hunt<1041>. These monsters also have a regen time of one hour.
- Go N, N, N, SE, SE
- Go West (+400 dmg trap) to fight beautiful woman<1027>... she will transform into a more powerful monster when killed, Lorzina<1032>.
- Like the Nahr room, this is a spot to rest up. Collect the tree branch.
- Return to the start: E, NW, NW, S, S, S
- Now S, S, S, NE
- NE > Kill handsome man<1028>
- Collect tree branch, rest.
- Back to start: SW, SW, N, N, N
- SW, W, W, W
- N, N, E, E, N (this lands you in room 17/2893)
- East: In this room there will be a withered tree that will take both the tree branches from you (slowly, one at a time). When both branches are taken Azrandimon<1030> will be summoned into the room.
- Kill and grab the stone rook key<1902>
- W, W, SW, S, S, E, E, E
- Using the stone rook key<1902> to open the gate south
- South is the Majestic Dragon<1013> once he is killed and a few seconds has passed you will be teleported to Map 17 Room 2980 Ancient Fortress with the (neutral) NPC demon imp<1033> and the great hydra statue<1891>
Part 3 - Heaven and Hell
- Go West
- @party enter portal (each party member must say it): teleport to the floating island (17/2901) and the bronze statue
- You must be at least level 60. If you are below, you will be teleported to the scorching desert instead (12/221).
- These rooms have a chance to summon: silver warrior<1044>, marble archer<1045>, golden mist<1046>. These mobs have a random chance to spawn and do not have a regen timer.
- "say king of spades"
- Go W, W, W > golden pillar
- "say Nightfall"
- Go S, S, S > silver plaque
- "say h"
- Go N N N N N N (6 norths)
- Go W, S, S, W
- In the room to the west is the Golden Phoenix (go west).
- Prepare a "get rod" macro or just copy the text and spam it when the phoenix dies. You may be confused.
- A few moments after it dies you will be teleported back to the demon imp and the great hydra statue.
- If you miss grabbing the rod, it will be randomly scattered to rooms 17/3242 through 17/3246 which is the spiral staircase accessible by going down from the room you are teleported to on the floating island.
- Go East
- @party enter portal (each party member must say it): teleport to the Burning Valley (17/2944)
- These rooms have a chance to summon: spiked juggernaut<1048>, Devil Fiend<1049>, Demoness<1050>, and fanged demon<1051>. These mobs have a random chance to spawn and do not have a regen timer.
- You need 20x black spikes<1912> from the spiked juggernauts so collect them as you see them.
- For each of the "move boulder"'s below, you must pass a strength check at -60. If you fail you will have the spell seared by the flames<1324> cast at you.
- careful not to accidentally go the wrong way here... 700 damage traps about
- Go S then E > "move boulder"
- Go S, E, S > "move boulder"
- Go E, N > "move boulder"

- Go N, W, S, SW to another demon imp<1052> in room 17/2976
- "ask demon imp spikes" > he will give you the slimey spiked key<1901>
- To proceed, you need 20 black spikes<1912> which have 5 chances for a 10% drop from the spiked juggernauts<1048>. If you don't have them yet, go back to the room to the NE of the demon imp and just sit there and wait (they won't spawn in the room with the demon imp).
- Use the key west and kill the Demon Lord<1015>
- Similar to the Golden Phoenix, prepare a "get ball" macro or copy/paste spam it.
- A few moments after it dies you will be teleported back to the demon imp and the great hydra statue.
- If you miss grabbing the ball, it will be randomly scattered to rooms 17/2944 through 17/2950 which are the first 7 rooms in the burning valley.
- "ask demon imp return" > he will take the rod and ball and teleport you to 17/3090 to fight the Great Hydra<1016> and two massive hydra heads<1029>.
- With the hydra dead: @party go portal (each party member must say it):
- You Must be at least level 65 to go through the portal. If you are under 65, you will be teleported back to the desert (12/1).
- If you have ability 152-1, you will be teleported to Map 17 Room 3275, with is the hallway leading directly to the demon imp<1088> and trainer shop for levels 66-99. It's 27 norths (and 27 runic) and then a west to the trainer.
- If you don't have ability 152-1, you will be teleported to Map 17 Room 2982, which is the hallway leading to the class-type specific puzzle areas and the level 66 and 66-75 trainers.
If you are already level 66+, skip to the Level 66-75 Training section below.
Class-Type Specific Puzzle Areas: Train to level 66
- priest, a mage, a druid, or warlock...
From Map 17 Room 2982...- SW, SW, (door) SW
- Go e s s w s e s > kill the inquisitor<1019> collect the sapphire key<1943>
- there is a chance for disenchanter 1077, eradicator 1078, and demonhunter 1079 to spawn in most of these rooms AND the rooms drain your mana!
- Go n, w, w, s, w, n, n > kill the inquisitor<1020> and collect the iron key<1945>
- the random mobs and drain mana spell isn't active in this inquisitor's room so you can rest up here
- Go s, w > kill the inquisitor<1024> and collect the stone key<1944>
- Go n, n > kill the inquisitor<1021> and collect the ruby key<1941>
- Go n, e, e, s > kill the inquisitor<1022> and collect the amber key<1942>
- Use stone key east > east
- summon shard. Repeat until you have the quartz shard<1950>.
- Your primary casting stat will be tested at -40, or both wisdom and intelligence at -20 if your a druid. After a two second delay you will either have the shard or you will have failed the test.
- This room does stone-based damage as you sit in it.
- go: w n w w s > use sapphire key east > east
- summon shard. Repeat until you have the sapphire shard<1949>. Same stat tests as the other room. ice-based damage as you sit in it.
- go: w s s > use amber key south > south
- summon shard. Repeat until you have the amber shard<1948>. Same stat tests as the other room. lightning-based damage as you sit in it.
- go: n, e, s, e, n, e, e, s > use ruby key west > west
- summon shard. Repeat until you have the crimson shard<1947>. Same stat tests as the other room. fire-based damage as you sit in it.
- go: e n w w s w n n > use iron key east > east. this is a safe room (rest).
- "ask prisoner return": he will take the shards give you multicoloured staff<1916> and teleport you to Map 17 Room 3231 Blackstone Cavern.
- Go west and type "gather ore" to get nexus ore<1955>.
- Another stat check. Cost 200 mana each try.
- As long as there is a rock outcropping in the room, you can keep trying in that room. NE/SE/SW to other outcroppings.
- After you have 10 nexus ore, go back to the middle of this area (17/3231)
- Equip the multicoloured staff<1916> and use the staff. The ore will be taken and a Nexus Portal will appear in the room.
- "enter Portal" to be teleported to Map 17, room 3236 where Nahr<1009> will be summoned.
- Kill Nahr and enter the Nexus Portal again.
- train to 66
- go west and it will land you in Grand Hallway, Map 17 Room 2982 again
- witchunter, warrior, paladin, cleric, mystic, ranger...
From Map 17 Room 2982...- S, S, (door) S
- S, S, E > kill white guardsman<994> (17/3067) and collect the white pawn<1933>

- should be in map 17 Room 3036 with the neutral NPC cloaked figure<1056>.
- If you have thievery... type "steal from cloaked" until you pass the thievery skill test and get the pearl<1923>. If not, continue on.
- kill cloaked figure<1056>. When he dies he will summon cloaked figure<1061>.
- kill cloaked figure<1061> and collect the moonstone<1922>
- Pick the door to the east and go east.
- neutral NPC cloaked figure<1054> will be in the room.
- If you have thievery... type "steal from cloaked" until you pass the thievery skill test and get diamond<1921>. You won't need to kill this one in this case.
- If you don't have thievery, kill it to spawn cloaked figure<1059> that will drop diamond<1921>
- Pick/Go E to neutral NPC cloaked figure<1057>
- If you have thievery... type "steal from cloaked" until you pass the thievery skill test and get marble<1924>. You won't need to kill this one in this case.
- If you don't have thievery, kill it to spawn cloaked figure<1062> that will drop marble<1924>
- IF you don't have thievery and/or didn't get the pearl<1923> earlier...

- Go north, east, south, south and kill Nahr<1005> and take the skull key<1929>.
- Use skull key<1929> on the door to your south and go south.
- train to 66
- go west and it will land you in Grand Hallway, Map 17 Room 2982 again.
Level 66-75 Training
Must be level 66+ AND not have ability 152-1 to progress all the way through it (can also re-party up for this).
If you are already level 67 and DO NOT have ability 152-1, you can go to the room down from "Scorching Desert, Ancient Jail" (Map 12 Room 221 down to Map 12 Room 2368) and be teleported straight to the Platform of the Stars
This is starting from Map 17 Room 2982 which is where you land after being teleported at the end of "Part 3 - Heaven and Hell". The level 66 trainers from the class-type specific puzzle areas also dump back out to this room.

- Fight Nahr<1011> which summons Nahr<1084>
- Upon both of theirs deaths, you should be teleported to the platform of the stars 12/2381.
- If you have ability 152-1 and hidden item "placeholder for nahr"<1954> is present, you will instead be teleported out to the Scorching Desert 12/221.
- If you exit and enter from this room, it will place you in map 12 room 1 which is the beginning of the desert.
- platform of the stars 12/2381: Train up through 75
- "enter portal" to go back to Ancient Fortress, Jailer Room - Map 12 Room 2369
- Note: if you go into the room south from this room (to 12/2368) and you don't have ability 152 AND are level 67+, you will be teleported right back to the platform of the stars. You can try to go quickly through the room and up to the scorching desert before the room spell fires off, if you don't have sys gotos.
