Pentium 4 2.8GHz
1.5gb of ram

Is being wireless going to be a problem?

Yes wireless has drop outs, so players will have huge lag spikes or be disconnected.

I'll make it headless too - what ya'll use to remote in to these things? I don't have much resources, so lite lite lite...

Just use standard RDP to connect and see the hosts desktop.
