megamud on win 7

OK, I've been away from mud for YEARS. My old desktop that I have my megamud, mud explorer, etc, is probably dead (I may can take the HD out and plug that in to my computer via usb and swap over some files, etc). But that may be more trouble than just re-downloading megamud and other stuff.

Anyways.. I tried to install megamud and I get an error and it doesn't work (obviously). So, does anyone have any advice on installing it?

I just want to play, I don't want to do the worldgroup xp copy paste blah blah blah!

I installed mega on my win 7 64bit machine with no problem. I just ran the installer. But if you have your info, you can just copy/paste your old folder in. Just have to redo the reg code.

I had a little help from someone but I got it figured out. It's been WAY too long since I've played!
