If you do it with padded gear make sure you add maxlevel 1:checkitem#:giveitem#:checkitem#:giveitem# etc, otherwise when the person gets a couple levels and is wearing leather armor, you dont want it to give more padded stuff back... so it only gives it to a level 1 guy.

This mod uses already existing spell and textblock gaps to make it so that any starting character will start with the stock 5 padded items and a GJR. Also, If they die, the items should re-populate into their inventory. If you wanted to go further and have each class start with some basic class gear ...

Could I suggest including into this help file for NMR for remote actions:
There is a popup context menu when you hover over that explains:

I just added 2 freshly reset realms today. 1 PVE completely stock realm (except no limited items) and 1 unlimited PVP edited realm. Both have a 2 character limit.

For those looking to use this to fix coin encumbrance bug, the present solution for preventing users from sharing coins over their max weight is just to align the 'share' 'shar' 'sha' command with a random global so that it doesn't actually issue the share command basically disabling the share ...

So the other night I was rather frustrated with random items not only stuck in rooms, but stuck in rooms in large quantities. Example would be having 27 large signs in town square, or items that are typically not visible, but placed in a room to allow for textblock triggers. I think I ran up against ...
