I've been testing with WG2 (DOS) and I got a license violation error, what needs to be replaced / changed to fix that? Like which files does it keep track of that being an issue?

You can actually do this now on MBBSEmu. It runs great on a RPi. We are currently working on making sure everything functions with majormud, and seem to be in the home stretch if you want to help test!

Getting the word out

Those of you who run MajorMud, how do you get the word out?

Are you basically trying to get old mud people on your server or do you also try to recruit people who have never played before?

Is anyone able keep a decent number of people playing at the same time these days?

WG2 vs WGNT

Does anyone know if there are any major differences between 1.11p on WG2 DOS vs WGNT? Once they are up and running, would it even matter or are there some limitations on the 16bit version?

MBBSEmu Interest

We have been working to make MBBSEmu rock with MajorMUD 1.11p. There are still some kinks to work out, but I'm curious:

Is there anything that would stop people from using MBBSEmu over WG3, assuming MajorMud was fully supported?

I'm trying to get a working copy of 1.11p for debugging MBBSEmu. I want to follow the steps outlined here, but I don't know where to find a copy of 1.11h. Can someone point me to where that archive is hiding?
