Edit:
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows\MegaMud.INI

change AutoLoadIni=1 to AutoLoadIni=0

Check the Directory= a valid place

\\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\GWiz\MegaMud\Directory make sure that matches up.
