I vote NO for Stock reset. Unless PVP Hang penalty is raised to at last 60-75% with drops.

If your AC is high enough the worms in the cracked plains can still yield decent amounts, especially with the white and or black worms.

Edited realm has so much stuff on defunct characters, and in the personal vaults of people who have quit and there's no chance of exploiting.

So, i've scoured the forums and cannot see anything depicting rules for retired characters.

Really, i can think of only 2 that make perfect sense depending on scenario, i have outlined my proposal on this below:

Scenario one:

Retired characters should not be allowed to carry/hoard limited items ...

Stock should have sys goto's because:

1. we don't want to learn new shit, the basic game is fine for us.
2. by lvl 40, we've played over 80% of the game without them anyway, there is no harm in speeding up time slightly in all fairness.
