Is there a way to change the amount of CP's required to raise stats?

I am considering changing the max stat that can be added to a attribute. I've noticed that with mudrev, all of the stats are maxed at about level 150 and you cant use CP's any more. Is there some adverse affect to raising the maxes?

Is there a way to restrict the commands in CODEC_OF_TWINKS=78 individually?

Is there a way to add gang houses back into mudrev?

Is there a standard up to date MudRev out there. I've seen so many different versions including a revision called Siliconrev. Is there a definite version out there that should be used?

Does anyone have either of these applications with a keygen?

All Mods and Mudrev installed.
PVP 100 levels.
Death at -100 HPS.
Dupes allowed - YES
No hangup penalties.
Cleanup at 3 am EST (5 minutes).
Backups done at cleanup to a different server with 30 day retention.
Scripting OK.
Sysop is active player, but has not other access besides a normal user
