How much exp is kept on a reroll?

How much exp is kept on a reroll?
The most info I can find online is reads "a small amount" i think ... anyone know if it's a %?

It's a setting that can be set by the sysop. But by default it's 10%

Where exactly is this setting? I could never find it. Would be nice to be able to reroll and keep all the xp

I was wrong, the setting I was thinking about was if they should be able to keep that 10% or always be set to 0 on re-roll.
With that said, I'm sure someone with hex skills could find the memory location that needs to be changed to up it to like 99%. Or find a way the enable the class/race change abil that was available for I think mod 5?
