The maps in NMR will show the silver river.. or behind the casino.. the bank vaults.. depends.. search for room 289/1.

It's hidden... called SYSOP TRAINER.. look in NMR... shop # 39..

There is much much more to that room, but I will let you figure that out.

But if you are gonna use the sysop trainer, might as well edit the universal to train lvls 0-250 so everyone has that advantage.
