Assorted bug fixes / minor enhancements

- Fix more rooms west of dismagi that randomly punted you to DTH for exit/entering
- Fix a few more monsters who dropped items that didn't stack/group in the room, but should.
- Update mant and quik to counter missing slow spells that are countered by sped. (Wizard sfog still has no counter)
- Fix ice storm scroll from ice sorc
- give 9th quest rewards the usage abilities implied by the textblocks that give them to players
- Fix Maestro and Wardancer in Lissom quest

Beef up medal of endurance a bit as start of minor upgrades to WHs, 5th quest weapon viability

- Update all 5th quest weapons from Magic 5 to Magic 7.
- Minor improvement to medal of endurance

- Fix temple area in southwest slums so that it is affected by cleanup
- Fix Crystal forest so cleanup happens there
- Delete 19781 rooms, accounting for over one third of the rooms database size
- add eyes of the creator to quest pawn shop
- Fix some shop names so their names are not misleading about where they are

- Add some regen to Gleaming Caves so it might get occasional attention
- Reduce drop rates for stackable, no-slot items
- Introduce shops to sell unneeded 4th quest cloaks
- Introduce shops to sell unneeded 5th quest items

Armor progression tweaks. Generally higher level armors should be better. Drops and customs should be better than purchases. Rare/challenging items can be better than higher level counterparts.

- Swap Dragonforge Scalemail and shimmering scalemail tunic AC/DR
- Reduce runed silver leggings AC to try to balance out the crazy +maxdamage.
- Improve scarlet doublet
- Update caster leather armor progression to be better than earlier models (for example, level 120 storebought gear was worse than 90)
- Added Darkwood Shield so Rgr isn't stuck with the same shield from level 40
- A few smaller changes

Crypt Quest

- Reintroduce crypt quest for classes #1-15
- Handle class changes in 1-15 (Cleric -> Necrolyte, Warlock -> Arborean)
- Create crypt quest for classes 16-25
- Substantial markup for level 10 quest items the easy way
- Training in crypt is optional - adventurer's guild still does 1-99
- Fix some problems with shimmering chainmail. It should now be more desirable than level 45 and less than level 75 chain sets.
- Fix Dragonscale Belt deleting at cleanup even though it lacked Delete@Cleanup flag.

- Some bosses/monsters drop items with numbered uses, so over time these fill up all the item/hidden item slots in neighboring rooms and can cause items to poof upon player death in a room.
- Litter control: potions and containers delete at cleanup.
- Litter control: ice wizard doesn't drop frost sceptre.
- Make greater pressure points better than pressure points.
- Revert edits that removed backstab capability of some quest weapons.
- Change all 50 quest weapons to 0 weight because there is no way to be rid of them. Most were already 0, but a few were missed.

- Update Faerie Queen Quest to persist after offline recoveries
- Update Lissom Overlord reward to persist after offline recoveries. This bug would likely have allowed this to be completed repeatedly, for stacking backstab bonuses on unpatched boards.

- remove mudrev quest items from being for sale at shops (dragonscale belt, firestone pendant, onyx bracelet, etc). Now they are sell-to-the-shop only.
- increase shop stock from 3 to 99
- remove bogus shops from non-existent towns, etc (for clearer MME browsing)
- reduce vicar healing rain level to 120 to equalize distance between priest3 room heals
- neuter ether death so players aren't wiped out if they happen to walk to jorah while room attacking

Fix remaining mudrev exploits and bugs. Slight increase of regen and drop rates. Create/place some items to fill gaps in existing progressions.

- remove cheater items from shops (god blade, holder item, etc)
- remove archer from numerous non-arrow weapons
- any drop on a monster with timed regen is now at least 10%
- increase drop rate on low-level monsters with timed regen (now often greater than 10%)
- reduce any regen times over a day to 24 hours or less
- reduce regen time of many quest-related bosses even if they were already <24 hours
- create arlysian arrow
- beef up dismagi rings
- placed black wyvernhide armor (only tunic was in game)
