-start messages, givin by ability 120 (StartMsg)
used for room spells and when using items that cast spells (ebony greataxe)

Line 1 - User Sees: Your ebony greataxe glitters darkly.

Line 2 - To target: %s sketches a sharp symbol in the air.
Line 2 - target would see the ebony's spell message (#137 Line 2 - A sinister aura surrounds you!)

Line 2 - Second acceptable command: go man
Line 3 - Third acceptable command: enter manhole





we have also seem thing like this for spells and other things:

A chaotic storm assaults %syour foe for %d damage!
and...
A chaotic storm assaults %sthe room for %s damage!

these %'s here are blank and are only used as a place holders because the damage comes second.
