-UP: max room regen added to lair info for monsters, to be used in corresponding update in MME.

I dunno if its on mudinfo or not..but considering these release notes and how almost no one knows what a control does -- you might preempt the questions and detail how those work.
Control rooms control the number of monsters in an area. Or more specifically, for the rooms that are linked to it. Rooms specify a control room (using the same map as the room itself). Then on the control room itself the "Max area" takes affect. Mmud should keep track of how many monsters are spawned in the associated rooms and stop spawning more when the limit is reached.

If this wasn't posted on April 1st I would be more excited. So if you say this is real today I will jump up and down.

There is several features I would like including copy/paste in descriptions.

PS. Love that github has commits 9yrs ago and 19hrs ago:)

Updated to v1.7.1. I was going to wait to see if more stuff came in before fixing the room editor tab issue, but then I saw I needed a new field in the MME export so I wanted to get this out faster so MME exports didn't have to be recreated once again later.

A handy feature is to make the room editor last button goto the last room on that map, instead of of last room of map 16.
