New Expansion - Titans

Titan’s Expansion – (content could range in levels starting at 60 – 160)
Titan Expansion to begin west of Dragons teeth hills, past the hills to eventually climb the Mountain of Clouds.
The path to get to the Titans area is long, along this path the common theme of monsters would be ogres, giants (fog, fire, frost, stone, hill, ettin) (adding new areas of the existing types of giants possible scripting areas), cyclops, firbolgs etc. At the base of the mountain would be a city with new NPC’s offering a quest of the titans. This quest would be class based if possible, allowing each class to have a specific Titan Boss to kill, this would reward a class specific weapon (non-limited). These weapons are intended for endgame use.
The area’s leading up to this town would consist of cyclops / firbolgs appropriate for level 60 - 75 range. From this town there were different areas to head, west of the mountain, east of the mountain, into the mountain. Depending on the direction you took would be a different type of giant you would eventually encounter. The titans would by up the mountain, thinking a path walk longer than the current storm mountain / giant’s mountain with all types of giants on this path a combination of all the types listed.
To even climb this mountains path to the titans you would need to prove your worth by defeating the giant lords of all the types of giants, storm giant king, stone giant chieftain, fog giant lord (new boss), fire giant prince (new boss), frost giant jarl (new boss), ettin lord (new boss), hill giant warlord (new boss). You would collect items from these bosses that combined would make an enhanced climbing harness strong enough to get you up the mountain of titans. This mountain extends way beyond the clouds.
The 1st quest gets you the item to climb the mountain to even get to the titan area, the next quest would be defeating a specific titan based on your class.
Warrior Titan – Class specific weapon big two-handed weapon, stats TBD
• Warrior style boss, only does physical damage but has the ability to smash with his mighty weapon hitting for 1200 damage in a single hit.
• Ability to swing 5 times per round for large amounts of damage including all-out hits.
• High amour and health, magic usually the key to defeating this boss as it has low MR.
Witchunter Titan – The titan who despises the use of magic and has vowed to never use magic again as it’s the cause of all titan wars – anti magic blade, strong one-handed blade that silences casters.
• This titan would be almost immune to magic and deal only physical damage.
• Swinging 5 times per round, rip, mana drains on hit, and knockdown abilities.
• This boss would have decent AC but limited DR and have a higher health pool
Holy Titan – The true champion of justice among the titans. (Paladin, Cleric)
• Fighting style boss, deals physical and limited holy damage.
• Able to cast some holy damage spells.
• Able to cast area hold spells.
• Able to cast self-healing spells.
• Lower AC and DR than the warrior and less physical damage overall.
• This boss would require a mixture of combat and magic.
Titan Healer – This would represent the priest of the titan order, using holy magic to combat its foes. (Priest, Missionary)
• High magic damage.
• Decent AC but limited DR.
• Ability to heal, hold, curse etc.
Titan Trickster – This would be the 1h stealth class of the titans (Ninja, Thief, Bard)
• Ability to backstab for extreme amounts of damage on random targets.
• High ability to crit and dodge.
• Limited AC and DR.
• Ability to cast an area of effect smoke spell lowering accuracy by 50.
• Casters great for damage, though risk being hurt badly by random backstabs.
Titan Spellsword – A warrior class titan similar to paladin that uses offensive magic. (warlock / gypsy)
• Ability to swing 1h weapons effectively, has decent combat.
• Chainmail style AC and DR.
• Ability to cast offensive magic spells such as dragonfire, magma blast etc.
• Can do single target confusion spells, slow etc.
• Can cast buffs such as smite, frenzy or better versions of these spells.
Titan Monk – this titan uses their agility as weapons choosing to only use the fists and feet to defend itself. (Mystic)
• This titan would be high dodge, low DR.
• Abilities similar to a mystic.
• This titan would have the ability to do room sweeps knocking the entire room down.
• This titan would have the ability to do room spells similar to titans such as hand of death etc.
Titan Archmage – Pure offensive spell caster (mage)
• This titan would have the highest offensive spells in the game.
• Ability to cast defensive spells making the AC extreme, though starting it would be low.
• Ability to cast aoe sleep (1 round) low chance
• Ability to cast mass confusion, fear, mass slow etc.
• Low health pool, but difficult to hurt depending on spells used.
Titan Foreswalker – This titan would be the lord of nature within the Titan order. (Druid / Ranger)
• This titan would have the best of both druids and rangers.
• High combat, high defensive and offensive magic.
• Damage over time spells such as doom, plague, rott etc. (all much higher versions)
• This druid would have effective leather armor.
Defeating these class bosses would allow you to complete the quest granting you the titans weapon for your class, additional killing a titan would grant a 25% chance to drop a token. These tokens would be “warrior’s titan token” allowing you to turn it in for a class specific piece of armor at an NPC at the base of the mountain with a cost of course (Titan Forgemaster – a titan who was banished because of the weapons and armors he forged for mortal men). Each class would have it’s own set with it’s own bonuses, these sets would be more than the normal set including the following slots:
Helm
Necklace
Tunic
Cloak
Gloves
Wrist
Ring
Belt
Pants
Arms
Legs
Feet
Upon completing this entire set, your armor would allow you a gift of the titans a blessing determined depending on class.
I can work on this further including regular monsters for each giant type, titan type, items they drop depending on boss etc. If there is interest and this is something people would find interesting. Let me know.
