High level spells for mag-2, mag-1 classes

I've been noticing that my paly and warlock have 100% mana most of the time. I think the combat is very well balanced at high levels, so I wouldn't want to mess with that. So I was thinking of some high level magic for non mag-3 classes that would be fun but not super OP. Please everyone add ideas to this thread if your class is underrepresented. If our ideas are cool enough, maybe we could get class specific quest lines.

I'll start it off.

I was thinking it would be awesome if my paly had some form of aoe taunt (like consecrate in WoW)
Bellow of Prayer - Target: Full Room, 20 damage, Acc -8, MaxDmg -8, Crits -8, 20 rounds (Or whatever. I just put up reverse cmas. Is confusion a possibility?)

Specific debuffs would be cool. Warlocks and Gypsys have them at low levels, so maybe those ones can be turned up.
Superior Vulnerability - Target: Monster or User, AC -20, DR - 10, MR -20
Superior Slowness - Target: Monster or User, Slowness +?

Or specific buffs.
Illicit Dexterity - Target: Self, Picklocks +80, Disarmtraps +50, Findtraps +50, 10 rounds

Anyway, those are my thoughts to have something to use magic.

Then, as an addition, listen to this. What if there were 4 debuffs for the mage-2. like lower ac, lower dmg, slow, and damage over time. Now there's this sword that also has a chance of applying those debuffs on proc. But then it checks and if the mob has all 4, it clears them and puts on some super debuff like slow+blind+stun or something. A player that's on the ball could pay attention to the procs and cast the missing debuffs on a boss. Good for warlocks or gypsys I think.

I like the idea of a taunt for the paladin, but not sure how well it will work but I can give t a try.

The mage-2 stuff i will think on that not sure how well the weapon part would work, but something to look into
