Alright so I figured out Dialsoft had a DLL fix for control. Now I get the server to load up, but when I try accessing the option from the menu I get. "Access violation, Attempt to read from: 1"

Any Ideas? or am I just beating a dead horse by posting here?

Im trying to get dialsoft to work as well, but when i install it the board wont start and ends up crashing and trying to do a cleanup over and over and over...
Anyone had this problem?

Resurrecting this topic.

Dialsoft Control 5.62 works flawlessly in a 32bit Windows XP environment. However, in a 32bit Windows Server 2008 environment, I get a DLL error when loading the BBS. As soon as I modify the menu tree to remove dialsoft as a module, the BBS fires up. If i re-map the module via the menu tree application, it crashes at startup.

Was there a DLL Fix around that anyone knows of? Are any sysops out there running Windows 7/Server 2008 and having luck with Dialsoft Control?

Appreciate your thoughts...

Nobody is running Dialsoft Control on a Win7/Server 2008 setup? Come on, one person out there has to have run in to the same DLL issue and fixed it.

Hello,

I am having similar issues and I can't seem to find Elwynor's duplicate ip control, Dialsoft 5.62 or a keygen anywhere. Can anybody lend me a hand?

Thanks in advance!

Hey Syn--any chance you can PM me this guys email address so that I might follow up with him with regards to the 'DLL Fix' he mentions?

Let me see what I got when I get home. I probably won't get back to you today, but tomorrow morning.

Any new developments on this?
I have been actively seeking a functional version of Control for a long time now.
Either a fix for the key issues in 4.0 or a functional version of 5.62 (dll errors).
