Go to ancient fortress in desert. Go down, north, east until you can't go further, north until you can't go further, then follow the path west and you'll do a half-circle counter-clockwise around the fortress. The last room should be the one you type the phrase in.

The apparatus and zanth fixes both only modify existing stock database entries. If any custom edits were already done to those entries, however, they would be lost. (for example, if you boosted quest experience(apparatus, dark mage kill, zanth kill), you'd have to re-edit the new number back in) The...

Four banks (Godfrey/Khaz, Rhudar, Lost, Arlysia) X 420ish runic max in each = 1680 runic. After that point, you're stuck carrying it if you want more. I'm not sure if sys reset or sys initialize do anything of worth anymore, think they are just commands left over from old days.
