Have you setup the login prompts for goslink? Did you disable ansi on the account? Where does it get stuck on login?

So gonna kill this one early. I have enabled hp penalties for hanging in PVP. If you hand during PVP you will loose 20-30% of your max HPs.

Quick answer, yes it does effect your punches and jumpkicks.
